Ea VILLA WOULD MAKE ALL MEXICO “DRY” El Paso, April 12.—General Villa, at Monterey, has given out a statement in which he tellseof his enforcement of orders against the sale of liquor and states he would make Mexico a dry country had he the power to do so. The statement reached here yesterday in a delayed mes- sage from Monterey. “Mexico will be without liquor when peace comes if it is within my power,” Villa's statement says “My country now suffering from the liquor traffic and the children of the poor are the suf- ferers. ‘T am doing my best to put liquor out of business wherever possible. When my troops reach a town I order all saloons closed.
