They would make 2 most effective window display and we would be glad to show them that way but fear to expose them to the strong north- ern light of our windows. They come in light all-wool fabrics in the latest novelties, in poplins, cords, wool and _ silk stripes, crepes, delaines, etc., and we shall be glad to have you look them over. You will be surprised at the beauty, the variety and the mod- erate cost of these materials, and we hope that you will conclude that there is no necessity to send out of town for such things when you can get so good a choice at home. aa pRReeae AHAASHARAA ARDRACHAAARABA H. EXTEND > THE G.T.P. 1 | | on Observatory Inlet |He Leaves on Monday to Look | Over Territory—Will Deter- mine Whether Business on Inlet Demands More Boats Mineral wealth of all kinds is land known as Observatory Inlet. There is some sign of the place coming into its own. At present G. T. P. boats do not call at points beyond the Naas Harbor on the Portland Inlet. On Mon- day Captain Nicholson, manager of the G. T. P. steamships, who jarrived in the city this morning | from Vancouver on the S. S. Prince George, will leave for the Inlet to look over the territory there and try to take a peep into the horoscope to see whether the busi- ness of the place would warrant the freight boats of the company calling at poirits along the coast. If he finds that the settlers wou!d be helped materially by a service of boats then one will in all probability be inaugurated at once. Naturally Prince Rupert will bene- fit by a better service of boats to Observatory Inlet. Dry Goods, Chinaware, Etc.
